It is said that St.Germain was a High Priest in Atlantis and it is he who passed the Reiki Symbols on to Dr.Usui who began teaching people about Reiki in Japan in the 1920's .This is one of the many stories given to Reiki. It is also said its roots stretch back as far as ancient Tibet.

Usui Reiki is a natural healing system which has a great many benefits for the person receiving the healing as well as the healer.

It helps bring balance to the mind, body and sprit. The word Reiki means - Universal Life Force. It is a very safe a natural method of healing and can help transmute aches, pains and illness. It is also a great aid in helping with stress.

A Reiki treatment usually takes around an hour and is given to the client while they are fully clothed and relaxing on a couch or chair.

The Usui Tibetan Reiki Attunements

All courses are SCMA Accredited

Reiki One

This is the first part of the Reiki journey which people can be attuned to.

The student learns:

- The history of Reiki
- The principles of Reiki
- The various hand positions to use
- Self healing and the benefits Reiki can bring

Students can use their attunement to heal themselves as well as friends and family.

This level can be practiced on friends and family- not on the public.

This course shall be taken over two days and homework must be completed before certificate is given.

Cost-£100 /concessions may be available

Both this course and the Reiki 2 attunement can be taken one to one or in a group.

Reiki Two

In the second attunement, no less than three months later; students are attuned to the Reiki symbols used in Reiki two and learn of there great many uses.

Once they have covered some exercises and been taught the codes of practice they will receive their certificate and go on to practice on the public. An insurance certificate is advised for this.

Seven hours on the day and then follow up meeting after homework has been carried out and to give certificate and go over course details.

Both this course and the Reiki 1 attunement can be taken one to one or in a group.

Reiki Introduction Workshops

These three hour workshops give people a chance to learn a bit more about Reiki including:

- The history
- The many benefits it can bring
- What energy healing involves
- Meditation tips
- The way Dr Usui [founder] taught and much more

There shall be an empowerment given on the day to all those who attend. Cost-£15.00

Reiki Refreshers

There are times when people veer off course with Reiki, often without meaning to [usually after a few years] and then are not sure how to get back into it again.

These one day courses involve:

- Revision of our Reiki,
- Exercises to help build our connection again,
- An empowerment and Reiki Re –Attunement.

Homework must be completed before certificate can be obtained. Cost-£65 / £50

Healing Attunement

People sometimes have issues which are stuck and they are unable to shift. This can be issues from the past or habits they are unable to break themselves from. A healing attunement can help remove blockages and help people move on from them.

Reiki Advanced

This is the next part of the journey and should not be taken lightly.

It is advisable to wait at least a year as a regular healer before moving on to this Attunement.

In Reiki Advanced you will learn:

- The traditional Master Symbol / Attunement
- The Antahkarana symbols
- Meditations
- The violet breath
- And aura clearing

Master Teacher

This final part teaches the student:

- The Tibetan symbols
- Techniques and practices
- Healing Attunement
- Tibetan Master Attunement
- And how to attune students in Reiki

Once Students receive their certificate, after exercises, they can then go on to teach this wonderful healing method.
